Jimmy Swan is the founder and head brewer at Swan Brewery, in Leominster, Herefordshire.

Jimmy brews by hand in small batches in a 10 barrel brewery, applying his expertise to create the very best ales, following careful selection of raw materials and precisely honed recipes.

OUR FARM

About 85% of the hops used are grown in Herefordshire or Worcestershire; the brewing grain is grown in the east of England; a unique strain of yeast is used which is propagated and harvested each time.

Swan Brewery practises environmentally friendly, sustainable brewing and holds a Green Business of the Year Award from the Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA).
