Returning an item is simple and can be completed in 3 easy steps.
1.) Contact us
Request a return from us within 14 days of receiving your order, This can be arranged by emailing us at the following email email@example.com with your order reference , items to be returned and reason for the return. We will provide you with a returns number and an address. Please state the returns number on the front of the returns parcel.
2.) Post your return
Once you’ve received your returns number you have another 14 days to return your items to us. We must receive return items within 28 days of the initial delivery date. Please make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested. Please ensure you keep a receipt as proof of sending. We will be happy to help with any questions on sending your item(s) to us. If you are returning your item(s) due to receiving an incorrect item, or there is a fault with the item, we will refund all delivery costs to you.
3.) We’ll do the rest
Once we’ve processed your return you will receive a confirmation email from us, and all successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
