Gooseberry & Elderflower Jam 220g

This Gooseberry and Elderflower jam is bursting with flavours from foraged hedgerow elderflowers and juicy gooseberries homegrown at Bellevue Cottage. It imparts a true flavour of fruits from both the garden and of our glorious Herefordshire countryside.

Handmade in small batches using traditional methods to our family recipe, this is one of our more unusual jams.

Sugar, Gooseberries (49%), Foraged dehydrated elderflowers (1%), lemon juice.
