Made in small batches whilst Rhubarb is in season, so has limited availability. This lip smacking tangy Gin has sharp notes from the Rhubarb which is the star of the show, balanced with mellow vanilla and honey tones all supported by a blend of juniper which balances the flavour profile perfectly.
