Chase Oak Aged Sloe Gin (29.1% ABV) 50cl

Wild hedgerow sloe berries from Herefordshire and the ultimate forgotten fruit, mulberries, are gently macerated in our gin and then oak aged in Rhône Valley red wine casks.

A rich & warming sloe gin that perfectly balances tart sloe berries and sweet mulberries with a long subtle oak finish. Best enjoyed on its own or over ice with a zingy lemon tonic.

Nose – Intense notes of sloe berry and stone fruit.
Palate – Smooth and rich mouth-feel with a hint of plummy stone fruit and tart fresh sloe. Gloriously warming!
Finish – A long finish, with subtle oaky undertones
