Westons Herefordshire Mulled Cider

The Perfect Winter Warmer!

2 litres of Old Rosie Cider
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp all spice
2 cinnamon sticks
Muslin for spices

Method:

Place cloves, all spice and cinnamon sticks on a square of muslin and tie up.

Place spices, cider and sugar in a pan and heat uncovered, stirring regularly.

Once the cider comes to the boil, simmer for at least another 15 minutes to allow the infusion of the spices. Stir occasionally.

Remove the spices from the pan and ladle hot mulled cider in to mugs.

We recommend Old Rosier or any other medium dry Westons Cider!

Add orange or lemon for extra zing!
