Established in early 2020 Mama’s Fudge was born out of therapeutic baking and a very sweet tooth. Previously I was a foster carer and after my last looked after child left I had a void to fill so I started baking and my family could no longer eat all the fudge, the business was born and it has been the very best adventure. Despite a national flooding crisis and a global pandemic within the first six months of the business opening we have come to realise that food brings people together, no matter the hardship or obstacles we face, taking time to sit with loved ones and share the experience of good food is just beautiful.
